Police: Man Stole Fragrances, Had Hypodermic Needles, Battled Mall Security

Zachary North allegedly stole $503 worth of fragrances from Macy's. He was also in possession of two hypodermic needles.

A Brooklawn man has been charged with robbery, shoplifting and possession of a syringe after a skirmish with Moorestown Mall security, Moorestown Police announced on Friday.

Zachary North, 32, allegedly stole men's and women's fragrances totaling $503 in value from Macy's in the Moorestown Mall on Wednesday.

Security attempted to stop North, who struggled. During the skirmish, security discovered two hypodermic needles in his possession.

North was committed to the Burlington County Jail in default of $20,000.00 bail.
