Police: Two Arrested for Shoplifting, One on Marijuana Charges

The following information comes directly from the Cinnaminson Police Department.

March 24, 7:14 p.m., Shoplifting

arrested a Riverside man for shoplifting, and after his release, a woman in his car was found with a hypodermic needle.

Patrick W. Avery, 28, of the 700 block of Bern Street, was arrested for shoplifting after he was caught concealing food items that including bags of shrimp, police said. Avery fled and store and was stopped by police and arrested.

After Avery was processed and released, Heather L. Trout, 37, of the unit block of Stewart Avenue in Delran, a passenger in his car, was found with a hypodermic needle and a $500 warrant from Evesham Township.

Trout was released by Evesham and from Cinnaminson on a summons pending court.

March 26, 8:12 p.m., Shoplifting

Cinnaminson Police arrested Roland Marrero, 43, of the 100 block of Church Street in Westampton, after he was seen concealing razors and body spray at by the store's loss prevention officers.

Marrerro was brought to the station, processed and released pending court. 

 

March 27, 12:21 a.m., Marijuana

Cinnaminson Police arrested 19-year-old Shane F. Salerno, of the 100 block of White Birch Drive in Cinnaminson, on marijuana charges after a small amount was found on him during a motor vehicle stop.

Salerno was pulled over on Highland Avenue and police found him to be in possession of marijuana. He was brought to the station, processed and released on possession of marijuana and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle charges.
