Pot Possession Charges for 4 Cinnaminson Men, Police Say

Also, Mount Laurel Police investigated an arson at Laurel Acres Park.

March 13

Arrest (shoplifting) — Police arrested Kaitlin N. Seip, 19, of the 200 block of Holly Street, Delanco, for shoplifting $1,551.07 in merchandise while she was employed for several months at TJ Maxx on Centerton Road, according to a report. She was served with criminal complaints and released pending a municipal court hearing.

Criminal mischief (Laurel Acres Park), 9:53 p.m. — Someone started a small fire in the restroom at Laurel Acres Park, damaging a vending machine, police said. There was no structural damage to the building. Damage is estimated at $4,000. 

Arrest (possession of marijuana), 10:20 p.m. — Police arrested Gary W. Ragan, 20, of the 100 block of Cuthbert Road, Cinnaminson; Stephen Uryniuk, 18, of the 1100 block of Parry Avenue, Cinnaminson; Daniel J. McDonald, 19, of the 100 block of Cambridge Court, Cinnaminson; and Andrew S. Kalback, 19, of the 1300 block of Morgan Avenue, Cinnaminson, after they were stopped for a motor vehicle violation on Hartford Road, according to a report. Ragan, McDonald and Kalbach, were each charged with possession of marijuana (under 50 grams). Uryniuk was charged with being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance. All were served with criminal complaints and released pending a municipal court hearing.

March 14

Arrest (possession of paraphernalia), 10:08 p.m. — Police arrested Allyson L. Tanaka, 23, of the 1900 block of Frontage Road, Cherry Hill, after she was stopped on Route 38 for a motor vehicle violation, according to a report. Tanaka was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and lodged in Burlington County Jail after failing to post $2,500 bail.
