Report: Camden Man Accused of Pointing Gun at Burlington County Women, Boy

James Hinson was charged with aggravated assault with a weapon, threatening to kill and obstruction.

A Camden man has been charged with pointing a handgun at two  women and a young boy at a house in Palmyra, the Burlington County Times reports.

James Hinson, 37, allegedly pointed a gun at the three during a gathering on April 2, according to the report. He was charged with aggravated assault with a firearm, threatening to kill and obstruction.

He is being held in Burlington County Jail on $30,000 bail, according to the report.

The incident was the result of an argument involving Hinson and the two women. He allegedly pointed the gun at them and at a car in which the boy was sitting before fleeing, according to the report.

Cherry Hill Police arrested him nine days later and turned him over to Palmyra police, according to the report.
