Riverton officers responded to the area of Bank and Linden avenues for the report of a woman sleeping in her parked vehicle. The suspect, Allison M. Babiak, of Orchard Way in Pennsauken, was subsequently taken into custody and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and a syringe. Bail was set at $2,500, 10 percent of which was posted. Babiak was released to her family with a court date pending.
