Burlington County Introduce Budget With Tax Decrease

Taxes would be reduced by $511,260, the Cinnaminson Sun reports.

If this year's county budget is approved, property taxes in Burlington County will drop for the fifth year in a row, the Cinnaminson Sun reports.

The budget introduced this week by the Burlington County Board of Chosen Freeholders would reduce the amount to be raised by taxation by $511,260, according to the report.

The county budget accounts for 14.9 percent of a county resident's tax bill.
