Redevelopment on Planning Board's Plate Tonight

The Cinnaminson Planning Board will hold a public hearing tonight to discuss whether certain areas along Route 130 should be designated as needing redevelopment.

The planning board will hold a public hearing tonight to discuss the findings of an investigation into whether sections of Route 130, and Riverton Road, should be designated as areas in need of redevelopment.

Township committee directed the planning board back in January to conduct the investigation. A report, prepared by Environmental Resolutions Inc., will be presented at 7:30 p.m., per state law, which requires the township hold a public hearing before making any determinations about which areas—if any—should be designated as areas in need of redevelopment.

The hearing will be held at the municipal building.
