Summer is right around the corner...What do you have to lose. This 12 WEEK program advises proper nutrition, food choices, and encourages exercise. Each person will receive personalized weekly, one-on-one coaching. The cost is a one time fee of $39 for 12 weeks, $25 of each registration is put into the pot to be paid out in cash prizes to the winners. Specific rules will be in place, to keep everyone consistent.
