Total-Fit class is a bootcamp style class where you are guaranteed to get a great total body workout! Consists of circuit training, body weight excercises and much more. This class is for all levels--beginners to advanced. Class is approximately 45 minutes. No 2 classes are ever the same. You will never get bored of this workout! Give it a try!
