BOE Meeting, Halloween Scavenger Hunt Highlight Week Ahead

Wondering how safe Cinnaminson schools are?

The Board of Education meets Tuesday night, beginning with a public hearing to discuss the Violence and Vandalism and HIV (Harassment, Intimidation & Bullying) reports from the 2012-13 school year. The public hearing begins at 6:45 p.m. in room 120 at the middle school.

The board's regular meeting will immediately follow at 7:30 p.m., also in room 120. The board will recognize two students for academic achievements: Madison Parry, for participation in the National Merit Scholarship program, and Isaiah Udotong, for participation in the National Achievement Scholarship program. 

On Friday, Palmyra begins its Halloween festivities with a townwide scavenger hunt, beginning at Muse Tattoo & Art Gallery (3 E. Broad St.) at 3 p.m. Answer 26 questions about Palmyra history, its businesses, and sports—visiting various locales as you tick them off the list—for a chance to win a prize.
