A very good restaurant. Food is delicious and the service is excellent. Restaurant is immaculate too. We love it here.
I must confess, I'm not very fond of Hathaways. While the wait staff is attentive, they're almost too attentive. They seem to stare at you while you're eating which is a bit unnerving. There doesn't seem to be any consistancy as to what the soup of the day is from week to week, which can make it hard to plan what day you'd want to dine. No matter what I order, the food doesn't seem to stack up to the taste of the same items at other diners around the region. The fish tank earns Hathaways an 2nd star from me, although they could find less ugly fish if they tried.
Hathaways is always good! That's why it's been in Cinnaminson forever. Little know fact the basement of Hathaway's was once the Police Station and dispatch for the police department. Norm Hathaway retired Sgt. from CPD told me they had no radio's back then and when there was a call a red light was turned on outside. That indicated to the officers that there was a call and to stop in the station....Now back to the food. It's always good and has a huge menu.
The food is great...really extensive menu. Atmosphere is homey.
The Best restaurant in South Jersey.
