This practice has provided consistently superior care for my elderly parents, where the emphasis is on caring. The administrative staff is always so friendly! They genuinely seem to enjoy seeing either parent and they make sure that these patients get first class attention and assistance. Dr. Switenko has been their primary care physician for two decades. He treats them holistically, which is so important for truly elderly patients. Every person in the practice has consistently provided professional, competent and caring services. Now that Dr. Switenko is moving his practice to Mt. Holly, I have every confidence that the remainder of the practice will continue to provide excellent care to their patients.
This office practice was great when Dr. Stedman was there, but since he retired in January, 2011, it has gone downhill really bad. The office staff at this location are the absolute worst - the one lady never, ever smiles, the other lady is mean and hollers at patients, and the other lady is so incompetent. They are the meanest, most rudest, nastiest bunch of women I have ever encountered in an office setting. I truly despise the office staff that work there.
I agree about the office staff. I had to get in a verbal altercation with one of the desk people because I complained that I had been waiting 45 mintues after my appointment time to be seen. She informed me I was 6 minutes late for my appointment, at which time, I freaked out on her!
