Cinnaminson School Superintendent Salvatore Illuzzi says the school district is offering a 'substantial cash reward' for information leading to an arrest. The Broad Street restaurant, the creation of a trio of Stephen Starr alumni, opened last fall. Lori Stilley admitted she faked terminal cancer for months, accepting thousands of dollars in cash, free meals and even a free wedding. The school board handed out awards for Teacher of the Year and the annual Achievement Awards. The district will recognize student achievement at next month's meeting.
