Turning the Tables

Two Cinnaminson restaurants try to raise revenues.

Recessions and restaurants go together like water and oil. Restaurants all over the country have seen dismal profits and are looking to potential recovery in 2011. Maurizio Randazzo, owner of Maurizio's Ristorante and D'Angelo's Pizzeria, both in Mainline Shopping Center, will continue with some of the promotions he started last year to keep his customers satisfied gastronomically and economically. "I'm here for my customers," Randazzo said. "I don't want to cut down on quality to save money. So, we have tried other ways to increase profits and will keep it going."
