Services for the longtime Cinnaminson resident will be held Friday evening.
Charles E. “Chuck” Hubler Sr., a resident of Cinnaminson for 33 years, died Dec. 24. He was 64 years old. Hubler has worked as a machinist for Exacta V & H Corp. and Vermes Machine Co., Inc. He was an avid Philadelphia sports fan, and never gave up on his Phillies and Eagles. Hubler was very active in Cinnaminson PAL soccer, baseball and hockey, and Cinnaminson AA Football before he became disabled. Eugene Melnyk passed away peacefully on Oct. 8 at his residence. Eugene was a resident of Mt. Laurel and formerly a resident of Cinnaminson for 50 years. Born in Philadelphia, Eugene was 81 years old. He proudly served his country during the Korean War in the US Navy. Eugene was employed as a technical writer for RCA/GE in Moorestown for 30 years. Born in Dagsboro, DE, Esther was 87 years old. She was employed as a municipal clerk for Cinnaminson Township for many years. Esther was the beloved wife of the late Carl Borealino, and the loving mother of Diane Mucci of Mullica Hill and Michelle (Randy) Rospopa of Maple Shade. Samuel E. Elvert passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 21, 2012, at the Masonic Home of NJ in Jacksonville. Born in Philadelphia, Sam was 103 years old. In his early years (1926), Sam played semipro baseball for the Riverside Field Club of the Burlington County League. Sam started his tool & die maker career at the Victor Talking Machine Company in Camden, NJ. He retired from the Radio Corporation of America in 1972. He was a long time member (1951) of Riverton Country Club, where he enjoyed playing golf. Sam was a long time member of The Philadelphia Seniors Golf Association. Marie “Ree” McKeaney (nee Haines) passed away peacefully on June 10, 2012 at her residence in Cinnaminson. Born in Palmyra, Ree was 69 years old. She was a graduate of Palmyra High School and Pierce Junior College. Ree was employed as a medical secretary for Dr. David Lee in Medford until her retirement in June.
