Santa Will Tour Cinnaminson on Fire Truck Monday
Father Christmas visits the township before his big Christmas Eve delivery.
Santa Claus and his helpers will make their rounds in Cinnaminson on Christmas Eve as the North Pole’s most famous citizen hands out gifts and spreads holiday cheer. Starting around 4 p.m. Monday, three fire trucks will tour the township each with St. Nick and several members of the Cinnaminson Fire Department. This is the 38th year Santa has been visiting families in Cinnaminson. And while other towns ask Santa to visit several days or weeks before Christmas, the fire department has kept it on Christmas Eve. “That’s when the kids want it,” said Fire Chief William Kramer. “That’s when it’s the most exciting. I also was unaware that you needed to sign up, will do it for next year. I think it is a wonderful event that the firemen do for the children .I have lived in this town for 37 years and its nice to hear that four Santas were going around town.   more ›
