I am devoted to my job as you are yours but I would never belittle my coworkers or staff because they offer a different viewpoint or even a better way to do things that would improve our work product.

Mr Minniti,
I truly don't understand you. Whenever someone questions or disagrees with you, your immediate reaction is to belittle and ridicule. By all accounts you have a blessed life; family, a family run business, friends, membership at the golf club and a "shack on LBI" as you stated on your page. Yet, you hold some residents in such contempt because their views don't line up with yours. And, the comments are not vicious like during the election. Your fellow residents are as educated, family oriented and civic minded as you. I would get angry at your need to belittle but I now feel sorry for you that you feel the need to react in this manner. Your whole persona is built around your position as committeeman that you stomp on anyone who doesn't agree or suggests other alternatives. I hope you learn to respect others even if they are not the same as you.

Hi Paula, thanks for the message. I appreciate your comments and understand your point of view. I agree that the public should closely examine the record of those elected to represent them. In my case, I enjoy discussing my record and plans to better our town in the future. I'm sorry if I come off as "arrogant" in my posts, as that is not my intent. One of the reasons I am not a huge proponent of blogging is that tone and demeanor cannot be translated. The reader cannot hear the writer responding in his own voice and sometimes words alone can be an inadequate vehicle of communication. That said, we are in the technology age and I try to adapt to this medium as best I can. I will say that I am passionate in my desire to improve Cinnaminson. Perhaps that can be misinterpreted as hubris, but again, it's not my intent. I am genuine in my motivation and respectful of dissenting opinion. But I am direct and upfront with my constiuents. When you ask a question, I will answer. It may not always be the answer people want to hear, but it is honest. I hope you view me as an effective advocate for Cinnaminson, and regardless of how (or if) you vote, I hope you understand that I fight for our town's interests to the best of my ability. Call or email me any time Paula! Regards, Tony

Mr. Minniti,
If I am to be honest, you do seem to have a good record for the township. But, as with all things, there are 2 sides of every story. I am not politically active but I have heard enough about nepotism in NJ politics that questions should be answered to make sure our politicians aren't taking taxpayers for a ride (and I am not saying you are). For me, the biggest problem I have with your candidacy (and from past comments) is that you service has been to perfect and your decisions always right. I feel an arrogance and an attacking that makes me uncomfortable. It seems to be the norm for politicians these days. If I could get past that with you I would consider voting for you
