Cinnaminson Once Again Named Top Town
'South Jersey Magazine' releases its yearly list of top towns in South Jersey.
Cinnaminson has once again been named a top place to live according to a local magazine’s recently released rankings.
South Jersey Magazine put out its annual list of Camden, Burlington and Gloucester counties’ top towns, and even though Cinnaminson fell in certain categories, it still makes notable appearances.
Cinnaminson nabbed the 24th overall top town position and was named the 10th best in Burlington County.

In last year’s rankings, Cinnaminson was the 16th top town and didn’t even make an appearance on Burlington County’s best list.
The township moved up three spots to take 8th place in the top property values category. Last year, it ranked 11th.

It fell two spots to eighth in the category of lowest residential taxes per residential value.
Both of these categories are for towns with a population of more than 8,000.
The school district was ranked 16th in performance.
South Jersey Magazine worked with Niranjan Pati, dean of the Rohrer College of Business at Rowan University, for the lists.
Criteria included average residential property value, low residential taxes per average resident value, crime incidents reported per 1,000 people, and high school performance.
New criteria this year included number of physicians in the area and recreational offerings.
