Woman Held Up in Gunpoint Robbery: Police

An unknown man robbed a woman at gunpoint in Cinnaminson Tuesday night, police reported, and officers continue to search for the perpetrator.

The woman was walking to her car around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday when the man approached her, drew a gun and demanded her money. He ran off with the woman’s purse. She was not injured.

The robbery took place outside Key West Tan at 1907 Cinnaminson Ave.

The gunman is described as a white male, 20-25 years old and approximately 5 feet, 6 inches. He has a thin build, blondish hair, blue eyes and some reddish facial hair, according to police. He was wearing a gray sweatshirt, blue cap and light blue jeans.

The man was last seen running toward Jackson Street.
